By purchasing an online course or using the BASA School platform, the User agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERThis Agreement constitutes a public offer. The User accepts this offer by:Completing payment for a course or subscription via the designated payment system.1. Clicking the "Accept Terms" button during registration.2. Accessing the course materials after purchase.3. Upon acceptance, this Agreement becomes legally binding and enforceable under the laws of Alberta, Canada.BASA School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
2. SERVICES PROVIDEDBASA School provides online educational services, including but not limited to:1. Access to paid and free courses.2. Webinars, workshops, and additional educational materials.3. Student support and consultations.The Company does not guarantee any specific learning outcomes, certifications, or employment opportunities as a result of completing a course.
 3. PAYMENT TERMS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWALS1. Payments are processed through Etransfer, PayPal, Stripe, Thinkific, Monobank. The Company does not store credit card information.2. Fees are listed in Canadian Dollars and may be subject to change without prior notice.3. For subscription-based services, Users authorize automatic renewal of their subscription until cancellation.4. In the event of a failed payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend access to services.
4. REFUND POLICY1. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once course access has been granted.2. If a refund is permitted under exceptional circumstances, the User must submit a written request to gro.loohcsasab%40selas within 7 days of purchase.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases including, but not limited to:● Failure to complete a course.● Lack of technical skills required for course completion.● Personal circumstances unrelated to the Company’s performance.
5. USER OBLIGATIONSBy using the services, the User agrees to:● Utilize the platform solely for personal educational purposes and not for resale or redistribution.● Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.● Comply with all applicable laws and ethical standards when engaging with the platform.
The User shall not:● Share, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer course materials to third parties.● Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.● Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to services without a refund.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSAll course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, and multimedia content, are the exclusive property of BASA School or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, reproducing, or otherwise exploiting any content without express written permission from the Company.Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYBASA School shall not be liable for:Technical malfunctions, service disruptions, or failures beyond the Company's control, including internet outages and third-party platform failures.Loss of data due to user errors or unauthorized access.Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.The Company's maximum liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the disputed course.
8. DATA PRIVACY AND COOKIESThe collection, processing, and storage of personal data are subject to the Company's Privacy Policy. By using the services, the User consents to:The collection and processing of personal data necessary for course administration.The secure sharing of payment details with third-party payment providers.The use of cookies and tracking technologies for analytics and personalization.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAWThis Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.Any disputes shall be resolved through the following process:The User must submit a written complaint to gro.loohcsasab%40selas in an attempt to reach an amicable resolution.If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta.The User waives the right to initiate legal proceedings in any jurisdiction other than Alberta, Canada.
10. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTThe Company reserves the right to:Modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or service at its discretion.Suspend or terminate access to services in cases of policy violations.The User may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds shall be provided for unused portions of the service.
11. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENTThe Company reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
