Anastasiia Basenko is the owner of the BASA school. A certified English language teacher, and a Master of philology. She has been teaching English for more than 8 years, preparing for the IELTS and Celpip exams.

My mission is to teach a million people English. In teaching, I try to find an approach to each student and explain the material according to their types of information perception. I also strive to provide students with an environment for learning and practising the language: safe communication in classes, and authentic materials (books, articles, videos) outside of classes.

FAQ
What format of classes should I choose?
To achieve a short-term goal (preparation for an interview, preparation for a driving test), we recommend individual classes. In other cases, it is better to study in groups, where you can reach the desired level faster
Is there a trial lesson?
Yes, the first lesson is paid separately. Further, if everything is suitable, the payment is made one month in advance.
Is there homework?
Yes, it depends on the amount of time a student can allocate for independent study.
How can I pay for my lessons?

Where are the classes held?
Classes are held in Zoom and on an interactive platform. After the lesson, all materials remain with the students.
Will I talk less in group classes?
There are even more conversations in group lessons than in individual lessons. Students discuss everything in pairs, with each other, and not in turn with the teacher. Group learning is more like using English in real life.
